Packaging

To save the planet and reduce waste, we will try to pack many items in one package if you order multiple items. This may result in a slightly longer processing time, especially for orders of more than 5 items.

 


Restrictions

Please note that there are some restrictions that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery. Please double check the nominated shipping address contains specific details such as unit number, street number, building number, etc. 

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. For example, providing incorrect delivery information including name, address, zip code, etc.

For certain countries (including U.S. island territories), you may have to go to your local postal office to pick up the package and the delivery time may be longer than suggested above. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  


Customs Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.


Additional Information

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes /APO/FPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries). Also, you will more likely be charged for customs duties than flat-rate shipping.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-5 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. For pre-order items, the wait will be longer as we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's schedule.

3) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

Refund Policy

Hello from Dingdamall! We're committed to making your return process as breezy as possible, just in case your satisfaction isn't at a solid 100%.

Eligibility & Potential Fees:

  • Feel free to make returns within 15 days of receiving all the goodies in your order.
  • Please ship your return package within 14 days from the date we sent you the return instructions.
  • Keep those items looking fresh and unworn, with all the tags and original packaging intact. Those hygiene stickers? Make sure they're still on the team. Any signs of washing or alterations? Unfortunately, they won't qualify for a refund.
  • The original shipping fee is usually non-refundable, unless there's a quality hiccup or an order problem, in which case, we've got your back for the return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Drop us a line at support@dingdamall.com, sharing a little about why you're sending things back.
  • Within 6 hours (maximum), we'll ping you with the detailed instructions you need.
  • Quick note: Items sent back without our nod won't find a home with us.

Shipping the Item(s) Back:

  • Give us a shout to kick off the return request, and we'll whisk detailed instructions your way within 6 hours.
  • When you're packing, bring back the original packaging, slip in a note with your order number, and pick the most wallet-friendly shipping method with a tracking number.
  • Once your package is on its way, share the tracking number, and we'll stay in the loop until it reaches our doorstep.

Where's My Refund?

  • After we've processed your return and welcomed the items back into our fold, hang tight for up to 7 days for that refund to swing back into your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees? Nope, not refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Eyeing a swap? Hit us up at support@dingdamall.com. We'll shoot you detailed exchange instructions within 6 hours.

Items Not Playing the Return Game:

  1. Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies - they're not up for returns.
  2. No refunds dance for items with hygiene seals on the fritz.
  3. Final Sale items - they're the keepers.
  4. Made to order items and custom-made goodies? Not return material.
  5. Others not joining the return party: swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, and pet supplies. Items with unreturnable marks and free gifts? They're staying put. Personal care goods, like beauty products? Nope.

Additional Important Information:

  • Speedy shipping can't guarantee a holiday miracle during the festive season.
  • Skip sending your return package to the sender's address on the package - that's not our return hideout. Stick to the address on the shipping label, even if you're handling the shipping.
  • Check twice for non-Dingdamall stowaways in your return package. We're not the ones sending those back to you.
  • That express shipping fee? It's not doing refunds for personal reasons.
  • Holiday-related items? We can't refund the latecomers; snag them at least 20 days before the festive day.
  • Warehouses worldwide? Your order's warehouse roulette! We can't promise the closest one due to stocking. Plus, shipping times? They're the free spirits, not sticking to guarantees.
  • Quick change of heart? Reach out to our customer service ASAP for order cancellations. Once that package takes flight from our warehouse, no recalling it, and cancellation wishes won't be granted.
  • About sizes - US size is our guide, even if production factories play the inconsistency game. We'll translate and converge on the US size. Oh, and different colors of the same model? They might size-shuffle based on different production spots. No free return or refund passes here, though.
